Brandy Formolo has taken over as the new owner and has so many plans to upgrade this fine establishment, including a brand new menu, new attire, Bloody Mary bars EVERY Sunday and year around league’s to keep you at the top of your game in pool, shuffle board and horseshoes!
After working in The Cove for 5+ years, Brandy decided to buy Naubinway’s town bar. The Cove has always been a place full of hometown proud locals, with memories scratched into the known tables, and nights listening to the musically talented Sneaky Pete. Being a “local”, she has witnessed historic events and epic tales. Brandy is more than excited and proud to become part of the history known as The Cove.
In October 2021, Brandy purchased The Cove Bar located in Naubinway, MI. She has been bartending/cooking for 5+ years, growing a love and passion for the building, the history, and the locals.
She has raised 3 children, Riley, who is a commercial fisherman, Kayla who’s receiving her masters degree in Social Work, and her youngest Hanna who is currently in college for welding.
